Cristóbal focuses his practice on a wide range of criminal law areas, especially highly complex litigation, anti-corruption, violent and high-profile crimes, conflict resolution, internal crisis management, litigation strategy development, and the design and implementation of criminal policy and crime control programs.

He currently teaches classes as a Support Professor in the courses Criminal Procedural Law, Criminal Litigation, and Criminology at Alberto Hurtado University.
